  I went to this bank to deposit money into my father's account which is something I do almost every month. I have his debit card number. The manager told me they don't do that. They can not access someone's account using their debit card number unless they are present. This rule has been in place for over a year. I went to another branch they did that for me with no fuss or nothing. This is why I bank with the best Citibank.

  This location is very slow and doesn't attend to the customers. I've been sitting here for 25 minutes wait for change and the employees are all chatting with each other. This is very unprofessional and is causing me to be late for my job and schedule. The employees are also rude and condensending. I had one gentleman laugh at me because of the type of bank account I have set up and then proceeded to try to make me switch accounts.
